Ashley Chilcutt
Aspiring Writer & Editor
About Me
I was born in Germany and raised in the Southern United States. I developed a love for writing at an early age. During elementary school, I began to recognize that writing was something enjoyable that utilized creativity. I remember making the goal to take every seemingly ordinary writing prompt and turn it into an extraordinary paper by adding figurative language, colorful vocabulary, and a variety of syntax. My response to the question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" was normally, "I want to be an author and illustrator." I still characterize my dream to write as my main endeavor and passion. This dream has lead me to pursue a Bachelor's of English at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I am a writer several years in the making.
